From the first day of university I try to involve into things that would improve not only as a future professional but also as an individual who has high goals from several student clubs to volunteering and many more.

Or Bilkent

A long-established student club in Bilkent with a focus of industrial engineering I was lucky enough to be an IT lead in an event Called Genç Akademi with 2500 participants.

In this role I contributed to club as:

• Writing codes for estimating if an participant is able to gain certificate

• Creating forms for participation and participant satisfaction

• Backstage technical improvements etc.

TEDXBilkent

As part of TEDxBilkent, I worked within a globally recognized platform dedicated to ideas, innovation, and high-impact storytelling.

Beyond general team contributions, I took on the responsibility of Speaker Relations for two events, where I managed one of the most critical external-facing functions of the organization. I:

• Identified and researched potential speakers aligned with the event’s vision and intellectual direction

• Led outreach and communication, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with selected speakers

• Coordinated end-to-end speaker engagement, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and smooth integration into the event program

• Contributed to event organization and cross-team coordination, maintaining consistency with global TEDx standards

• Supported the curation and execution of a high-quality audience experience

This role required ownership, professionalism, and the ability to represent the organization in external communications.

At HMCC, I serve as Co-Lead of Organization and Bilkent Representative, taking on both internal leadership and external representation responsibilities within a multi-university, consulting-oriented community.

In this role, I:

• Co-led the planning and execution of events and organizational activities, ensuring structure, efficiency, and alignment with the club’s vision

Predictive Modeling for Financial Markets

for a long time I was really curious about algorithms, learning, math & of course finance.

It was always interesting for me how we can actually approximate real world situations with math even though sometimes it is complex it still remains a magic for me.

And having an interscetiıons of both what is magic for me and my passion of finance I wanted to improve myself on several fintech projects and for start I wanted to build a basic predictive model for financial markets at first my aim is to learn by experiencing doing and trying

this models aim is to predict stocks profitability and risk based on past data with ML.

The perception

Economics is an always emerging, always improving non ending topic from growth to behavioral economics.

For me economics is always fun to learn, and curicial to understand as an individual who is part of society.

Throughout this learning I wanted to share what I learn making learning easy for everybody for this I wanted to build this news teller.
