In real life, not in the movies, there is stress, anger, illness, and a lot of bad stuff like that. And when everything feels so bad, we want to be happy as hell. Actually, we should be happy, but we are not happy. I don’t think that’s bad, but there are a lot of things to be thankful for. Inside, we are depressed, so just think that it’s pretty normal — because it is pretty normal. We are so stressed inside, so just allow yourself to be stressed and think of a solution.

In life, we have a lot of anxiety. Anxiety is good when it’s in moderation, so let yourself get help if it’s overwhelming. You may still feel unhappy, but also happy in a way.

So, if you listened to me carefully, I’ve given you some tips:

  • Be thankful.

  • Being depressed is normal nowadays because everyone experiences it. The only thing you can do is tell yourself it’s normal. If you can read this, you have internet access and the money to pay for it, which means your basic needs are met. The internet is a necessity but not life-saving, so your essential survival needs are already covered.

  • You are so stressed. Let yourself be stressed for a minute, then come up with solutions.

  • Don’t forget that everything has a balance.

  • Anxiety — everybody has it. Enough anxiety is good; it makes you want to work.

  • Let yourself get help. Do things with other people — I’m sure they will like it too. Both sides will be happy.

  • Allow yourself to be unhappy for a moment. Eventually, you will get bored of being unhappy, and even something as simple as eating a piece of chocolate will make you happy.

  • Inside you, every emotion exists. That doesn’t mean we are only happy, sad, depressed, or angry. Just let yourself feel everything in moderation. In that way, you can experience every emotion, and they will improve you in different ways. But, as I said, in balance — so don’t forget to be balanced.

  • Learn to be happy even when you are sad or angry. Those emotions will still be there, but then, automatically, they will shift into balance. Just believe in yourself.
